Happy Birthday to ME!

Well, children...today I am 16. This age brings many a change to my life, such as driving...oh boy. So I guess this is the birthday tradition around here. Here goes... Born on March 14th Michael Caine (1933) Billy Crystal (1948) Quincy Jones (1933) Albert Einstein (1879) (ha, too bad I'm basically failing math.) Diane Arbus (1923) Taylor Hanson (mmmbop) (1983) I was gonna do important events, but there was nothing more exciting than: 1794 - Eli Whitney is granted a patent for the cotton gin. (Thanks, wikipedia) And YAY Millie remembered my birthday! Thanks so much! :D
Woot!

Happy Birthday! I didn't realize you were so young! You seem older. I guess all us classic film fanatics are old souls eh?

Wikipedia is great. I share the same birth date as Stan Laurel and Tupac Shakur! ;)

YAY thanks everyone!
Love the Frosty theme, Mill.
And I guess I just seem older? I took one of those "true age" quizzes and I told my friend 'Oh, I'll probably be 30.' I ended up being 12! :D

Hahaha, Sarah, well I took a true age thing and I turned out 11! But, it was more of a health thing.

Remember when that lady on TCM thought we were setting her up for a joke, because she was new to the boards and didn't think we were actually young...LOL!

Haha! That was classic. She totally didn't believe us either!

A belated happy birthday Sarah!

Congratulations on turning sixteen! You getting your permit now?

Have you ever seen seen Sixteen Candles?
Jake Ryan: Make a wish.
Samtha: But it's already come true.

I am so glad that many young people are turning to vintage movies. It just proves the limitless effect of good movies, new or old.

BTW I thought it was a nice touch, the people who share your bithday.
You are in good comapny, I mean, wow, Michael Caine, Diane Arbus and Einstein! And of course Taylor Hanson lol..

Thanks Robby & Nik! And yes, I have seen 16 Candles a dozen times. And I will be getting my permit within the next few weeks, I think.

Well, why just looking at people that were born in the same date?
Take a look at people at the same age and what they did.

Happy Belated Birthday, Sarah! I agree with everyone else, I had no idea you were so young! You are only getting your permit? You get your license at 16 where I live. Of course, I didn't get mine until 17 because my parents decided to teach me instead of sending me to Driver's Ed...not a good idea.

Hope you had a fantastic birthday!!

Happy Biiiiiirthdaaay! I hope you had a good one.

Btw, it is surprising how many younger people are interested in classic movies. Even though I am fourteen, I thought most everyone else would be much older. And it seems to almost be the other way around.
