"Head Scratching Quotes" by teenagers I am ashamed to associate myself with.

In my photography class the other day: Girl 1: I watched Juno for like, the tenth time yesterday. Girl 2: Oh really? I think I've, like, seen it...like, 30 times. Me: I watched Pillow Talk. Girl 1: Pillow Talk? What is it about, like, talking pillows? *sigh*

Oh geez. Too funny. Although I did hear a rapper (or singer) use the phrase "pillow talk" recently so it's not completely out of the lexicon!

Oh, I know what that feels like. I once mentioned Cary Grant during a group discussion in one of my classes and absolutely nobody knew who he was!! I also love those people who consider movies made in the 1980's as "old". I wonder what they would could call my favorite movies, most of which were made before 1965...

Raquelle: Good to know!

Genevieve: My friends refer to John Hughes movies (love those too) as "old." I want to cringe every time!

LOL, this sounds just like the conversations I have with my friends. I bring up Cary Grant and people think I'm talking about some lady. I guess ignorance is bliss, as they say!
P.S. Your blog's cool & thanks for linking to my Natalie Wood website (NatalieWoodFan.co.nr) :)
